Download the VPN client application

To access Copaco Boomi servers, a dedicatedVPN client is required. This VPN client can be downloaded from: https://vpn.copaco.com/

Credentials to login to this URL to download the client software are stored in Keeper. Use the username "emixa.support@copaco.com"

Once logged in, the following link can be used to download the VPN client application:

Use the downloaded executable "GlobalProtect64" to install the client application

Click Next

Click Close

The Copaco VPN client application is a Palo Alto VPN client named GlobalProtect. Open the GlobalProtect client.

Click "Get Started"

Enter the domain: external vpn.copaco.com

Open the GlobalProtect VPN client application, click Connect

Provide the username and password to login, use the credentials from Keeper

Once logged in, the VPN connection is connected.

To connect to the Boomi VM server, use the Keeper information to obtain the IP address and login credentials.

Using Putty a command line access to the Boomi VM can be established.
